Hedinger & Lawless was formed in March 1994. Bob Hedinger and Bob Lawless were previously partners at a large Bergen County and New York City commercial litigation firm. Together with Rich Wenger and Tony Belkowski, the four have almost 50 years of experience in representing commercial clients in complex negotiations, contract preparation, and dispute resolution including litigation and arbitration. Their experience has been primarily with general contractors, but they’ve also represented clients in loan transactions, construction project take-over agreements and other complex commercial transactions.
